The Stone

Rust brown agate in a warm red brown, with straight bands and darker streaks along the length, like timber. The handles are long, with the corners cut off.

Craftsmanship

Each handle is rust brown agate, held in an electroformed metal band that is scalloped along its inner edge where it grips the stone. The metal is bonded to the stone rather than painted or plated, so there is nothing on it to chip, flake or peel. The blade, the spreader and the fork are stainless steel. Choose gold, silver or rose gold at checkout.

Using It

Lay them beside a cheese board. The wide flat blade cuts and lifts, the spreader is for soft cheese, and the fork picks up firm pieces.
