Aqua Agate Cheese Knives with Narrow Handles

The Stone

Aqua agate, teal at the deeper end and pale blue where it thins, in bands along the length. The handles are tall and narrow, with chipped edges.

Craftsmanship

Each handle is aqua agate, held in an electroformed metal band that is scalloped along its inner edge where it grips the stone. The metal is bonded to the stone rather than painted or plated, so there is nothing on it to chip, flake or peel. The blade, the spreader and the fork are stainless steel. Choose gold or silver at checkout.

Using It

Lay them beside a cheese board. The wide flat blade cuts and lifts, the spreader is for soft cheese, and the fork picks up firm pieces.

Wash in warm water and dry straight away. Avoid harsh cleaners.
