Create a personalized family name sign for your home, entrance, garden, gate, porch, or hallway. Each plaque is handcrafted in electroformed metal with raised lettering and detailed three-dimensional ornamentation.
Choose from 18 designs in round, oval, rectangular, and arched shapes. Personalize your chosen design with a surname, family name, initial, established year, short phrase, crest, logo, or simple artwork.
Text size and placement may be adjusted slightly to suit your personalization while preserving the selected design.
ELECTROFORMING
The piece is electroformed metal, finished in antique brass. Metal is grown over a sculpted form, layer by layer, so the surface is real metal: light to hold, hard-wearing, and made to last.
FINISH AND DURABILITY
Each plaque has an antique-brass finish with a dark contrasting background and plain matte-black back. A UV-resistant, weather-protective lacquer makes it suitable for indoor and outdoor display.
MOUNTING OPTIONS
Choose one mounting method:
Keyhole Slots
Two recessed slots for hanging over suitable screw heads. Provides a close-to-the-wall fit and allows easy removal. Mounting hardware and instructions are included.
Peel-and-Stick Tape
Pre-applied tape for clean, smooth, dry surfaces. Not recommended for porous, dusty, uneven, or heavily textured walls. Instructions are included.
Gusseted Stud Mount
Four reinforced threaded studs hold the plaque approximately 8–10 mm away from the wall, creating a floating shadow effect. Mounting hardware and instructions are included.

- Choose your preferred mounting method.
- Enter your exact family name, surname, initial, established year, or additional wording in the personalization box.
- Upload your crest, logo, or artwork, or reply to your order confirmation with the file attached.
- Check all names, dates, and spellings carefully before submitting.
