Large Gray Agate Cheese Platter/Tray

A serving board cut from a single slab of gray agate, in Large 11"x7" or Medium 8"x6", with a thick metal edge round the outside.

Most of the face is white to cream, with fine needle-like feathering radiating through it, and a pale blue-gray band follows the outline round the edge.

Every piece uses natural stone, so slight variation in color, marking, shape and size will occur.

Using It

It works as a serving board for cheese, fruit and dessert, and just as well as a tray on a bathroom counter or a dresser for bottles and small things. Do the cutting somewhere else so the polish stays unmarked. Wipe with a damp cloth, dry it, and keep it out of the dishwasher. The metal edge will not wear through with handling.
