Mustard Yellow Agate Geode Nut/trinket/Jewelry Bowl
A bowl hollowed out of yellow agate, offered 2" or 3" across and small enough to close one hand around.
The yellow is a warm ochre rather than a bright one, and a broad pale cream sweep usually runs across part of the well, so the two tones meet somewhere in the bowl. The inside is hollowed out and polished smooth; the outside is covered in a thick layer of metal, with patches of bare stone showing through, and the rim runs uneven.
Size and Materials
- Stone: yellow agate, warm ochre with a pale cream sweep
- Inside: hollowed and polished to a gloss
- Outside: a thick layer of metal, with bare stone showing through
- Size: choose 2" across or 3" across
- Finish: Gold, Silver or Rose Gold
Every piece uses natural stone, so slight variation in color, marking, shape and size will occur.
Using It
A dry cloth is all it usually needs; for a spill use a barely damp one and dry the stone at once. Not for the dishwasher, and the metal will not rub off with handling.
A Good Gift For
A housewarming or a hostess gift, and a warm note on an entry table that is mostly wood and metal.
